Billing Rates:
- Treatment / No Transport: $250 (This only includes advanced interventions such as IV or medication administration).
- BLS: $750 + $15 mile
- ALS1: $850 + $15 mile
- ALS2: $950 + $15 mile
- Transfer to Helicopter EMS: $500
