Burning Regulations

Controlled Burning may be conducted within the burn rules created by the Hays County Fire Marshal and City of Buda Fire Marshal. If a Burn Ban is in force, NO burning may be conducted. See the home page of this website or contact the Buda Fire Department at (512) 295-2232 for Burn Ban information.
